Where can I park?

We have on-site parking on our lot (directly across N. Main St.) and adjacent parking (also across the street in the Redstone covered parking ramp).  Room keys will give you access to our lot. Parking is $12 per night on your room bill.

If you choose to park in the covered ramp that is owned by the city, just pull a ticket and pay when leaving.

What time is check-out?

Our Check-out time is 11AM. For those requesting a late check-out please request it in advance and we will try to accommodate you. Please remember our guests check in at 4PM and the room must be cleaned so late check out is not always available.

What are the pool hours?

Our Pool and Whirlpool are open from 7AM-11PM. You can use your keycard to access.

What are the operating hours of the UP Skybar?

UP is open 7 days a week but is seasonal so please check with front desk.

Where can I find an iron and ironing board?

They are per request with the Front Desk, all rooms are equipped with steamers.

Where can I microwave my food and drink?

There is a microwave available at the Front Desk or there is one in the club lounge for our elite members.

Do you have a shuttle service to the airport?

Yes, please book the shuttle in advance as it can fill up. It is complimentary and runs by advance request between the hours of 7AM-9:30PM.

Do you have room service?

Yes, you can order via the phone in the rooms or through the QR code in the room.

Why is there an additional charge on my credit card?

Most if not all hotels have an incidental charge for your room stay. This will show up on your card but typically goes away within 5-7 days. If it does not go away by the 10th day please contact us and we can assist you and getting your card holder to release the hold.
