Where can I park?
• On-site lot: Directly across N. Main St.
• Accessible with your room key · $22 per night, billed to your room.
• Redstone covered ramp (city-owned): Across the street. Pull a ticket and pay at exit.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11 AM. Need extra time? Request a late check-out in advance—approval depends on same-day arrivals (check-in starts at 4 PM).
What are the pool hours?
The pool and whirlpool are open 7 AM – 11 PM. Use your key card for entry.
What are the operating hours of the UP Skybar?
UP Skybar is open seven days a week (seasonal). Check with the Front Desk or view current hours here.
Where can I get an iron and ironing board?
Contact the Front Desk—irons and boards are available on request. Every room already includes a steamer.
Where can I microwave my food or drinks?
A guest-use microwave is located at the Front Desk. Elite members can also use the microwave in the Club Lounge.
Do you offer shuttle service to the airport?
Yes. Our complimentary shuttle runs 7 AM – 9:30 PM by advance reservation. Book early—seats fill up.
Is room service available?
Absolutely. Order via the in-room phone or scan the QR code provided in your room.
Why is there an additional charge on my credit card?
A temporary incidental hold is placed at check-in and usually releases within 5–7 days. If it hasn’t cleared by day 10, let us know and we’ll help expedite the release.
